Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a refund:
- Your request must be made within 30 days of delivery
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be returned in its original packaging (if applicable)
- You must provide proof of purchase (order number)
How to Request a Refund
To start a refund, email us at bendlux.shop@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the refund
- Photos (only if the item arrived damaged or defective)
We will review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
- If the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping (or offer an alternative solution).
- For all other returns, return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items / Exceptions
Refunds may be refused if:
- The item shows signs of use, damage, or missing parts not due to our error
- The return is requested after the 30-day period
